I completed my Bachelors in Economics-Statistics from Ruia College, Mumbai and pursued PGDM in Marketing after that and also worked in Mumbai for 1 yr 11 months into Market Research and Analytics. My family resides in Alibag though so I have done schooling(till 10th standard) there till 2008 and after that moved to Mumbai for further education as Ruia was my dream college for undergrad. From Sept 2017 I was in Scotland for an year and recently graduated from University of Glasgow with Masters in Statistics. Currently I am back in India and working with Marico into Consumer Technical Insight. Even if my partner stays abroad, I would like to earn my own visa instead of being dependent on my partner. I wouldn't wish to make use of his hardwork to enter any country and I am saying this very politely. On a personal front, I am a trained Singer and also Bharatnatyam Visharad. I like to cook, travel, do trekking and camping, do crafts and to help and be supportive to people who work hard and yess love languages and have completed 6 levels in Spanish from Instituto Hispania, Mumbai. I like to learn new things and keep up doing something interesting and spread smiles to this planet. I believe in equality, genuineness and balance and a smile :) and would like to balance career and family both with equal importance. #Design your life and decorate this world :) Thank you and Best Regards, Sharwari
Hi, and welcome to my profile. My name is Maitreyi Gogate and I am born on the 25th of May, 1993. Having graduated with my Masters in Lighting Design with a focus on curatorial agendas in museums, I now work for a studio in London. In addition to design, I have a penchant for all things art. My favourite medium of expression at the moment is water colour.
My hobbies are swimming, (sporadic bouts of) yoga, baking and decorating sugary goodness together with my sister. A doctor-designer duo, my sister and I are also currently collaborating on a series of childrens' books, a task we're rather enjoying.
My family means the world to me, as does my work. As with every millennial I truly do believe that I can balance both with panache and it is in part due to this desire that I have decided to register myself on this website and look for a like-minded intellectual with a cutting sense of humour and a world view that matches my own.
As a koknastha chitpavan educated in a Pune-based British school, my upbringing has been wonderfully mixed with a touch of the old and new, the East and the West. If you appreciate this duality of cultures, we're a match, so don't hesitate to say hello!
